People w/ gigantism sometimes are fucked in the head because of the brain not properly regulating shit like hormones etc, so it wouldn't be that surprising for her to be, well, regarded in some manner or w/e (mainly as far as emotional control goes? The brain's fried as far as the regulator goes is my guess). After all when your body structure is abnormal, you are clearly a mutant of some sort by definition. Also honestly IMO Aladdin was one of the luckier ones to marry to the Charlotte clan, given what a hottie he bagged compared to some of the more squickier looking kids she has etc
