Grand Prize 6: The Third Thing

This time around we get to see how Amanda's meddling impacted one of her closest rivals for Conner's affections, Heather Blake. It's got costumes, it's got boobs, it's got heart.
Also, if you aren't following me on CYOA, the second installment is up! Our voters last time out opted to visit Mr. Nolan King, so that's where our protagonist (i.e. You) went. There's even a little artwork this time to spice it up. For patrons $10+, voting's still open for how to proceed on part 3.

We had 3 books of Heather always putting her future first and to see her fantasize about throwing that away just for Conner was extremely hot. After seeing someone who was already hooking up with Conner going to such lengths I'm now curious if Amanda was effected. Since she was also a "girl in the classroom" shouldn't she actually be under the influence of the quote? That level of infatuation + TIOS could lead to some interesting scenarios. Speaking of influence after reading the switcheroo scene with Neveah I'm also curious if TIOS was involved in how much she enjoyed it. I know from the beach scene Conner has the "magic touch" with Heather but maybe it applies to all women? I also noted she made a sarcastic comment in Ch 1 so maybe that got entered in and played a role? Maybe she just really really enjoyed making Conner happy? Regardless I loved how much she loved it.

The first is getting to see the mental gymnastics Heather goes through to retain a sense of moral superiority even as TIOS renders her a pornographic joke. The way she tries to explain to herself how wearing slutty outfits outside robs them of the necessary context they'd have at school? I *adore* that shit. It's that balance of her explaining something inexplicable as though it's the most obvious, sensible thing in the world. So hot! The other is maybe the heart of what I love about these Love Potion-style stories, so it's maybe not technically a TIOS thing, but the process of Heather and Neveah throwing their lives away in just a few paragraphs, and feeling grateful for the opportunity? How Heather's entire worldview reorients itself around Conner's happiness? Again: so hot! Peak chapter for my interests! Pun intended!
