2024-08-26 22:45:21 +0000 UTCI'm sorry, but I'm just gonna say it out loud, and not just continue to glaze this anime. They're doing a lot of things right, but the CG animations just ain't it, for me. Coming from last season's Girls Band Cry, the industry just reminded me that for every 1 stand-out anime, out there, that utilizes great CG, there's 3 or 4 in the season that just looks rough af... and sadly, this show is one of those. However, that does not make this show "bad", by any stretch of the imagination. I'd probably chalk it up to the studio keeping their animation budget in check. This anime is already relatively mediocre, this season, in terms of general interest and viewership, so if they had to pick somewhere they'd be able to cut costs, they probably picked the CG. All the other animation styles they threw in there looks very pristine, though.
