Not only did I end up using those skills in college, but I use those skills in my professional career as well. I don't draw blueprints or anything like that, but I do draw line drawings for technical manuals, so those drafting classes as well as my HS English classes (because let's face it - my English classes in college were as useless as a wet fart) have been really useful.
