He treats many girls as wives, but most of the elves just do it for “reproduction” not because of love. He has very high stamina and “healthy” body as stated in first episode so he has crazy sex drive and doesn’t tire, age slower. In ep. 3 Lu was eager for Tia to stay because of that sex drive. The characters that you see the most are his wives.

2025-03-07 12:35:52 +0000 UTCYeah him asking for "Young Men" was probably a bit of a misscommunication. The moment I saw the beginning of the Episode I knew that you wouldn't like it. But well, granted they don't really lean into the whole thing, with the Elfs. So I think it's ok. And yea, this Anime is basically cliche Isekai. MC basically has a Harem and is super OP. But it's not the Main Focus, it turn more into a Gag, that there always is more Women coming and then everyone is scare of him, when he has like 0 bad intentions to be a Threat to anyone, he just wants to chill. And like you said, the Dynamic between Character and Races is just what makes it so great. Nothing is really black and white here. Like with the Beastmen arriving, it was a back and forth between, where you first think "Are they Hostile?" because some were hiding and then later you realize "Oh, they were just hiding incase the Village is Hostile, makes sense". Or with Dryme and his Wife, theWife presented herself as Strong infront of Hiraku, even basically giving a threat... but actually knows that she is screwed against Hiraku. While the Demon's so far barely can keep their composure. Overall just a very chill and feels good anime. And I think what Dryme meant with "courge" is that he clearly isn't wearing the pants in that marriage. So to have an affair he probably needs courage to even try pulling that shit knowing he would be screwed if his Wife finds out.

Then the high elfs joined, the ogre maids, etc. Now the MC is hoping to get some males for the village, because there are just too many women for him to deal with. But yeah, he's been fucking every single night since Lu agreed to stay with him.
