Like not her dad being upset seeing his daughter at the karaoke, that tracks, just everything after and then the whole job situation, not him having a job, more so her finding out and then the shit that followed. Im glad he will open up a little though.

Does he trust his daughter that much and if so why was he still so against her being at the school when she said it was good for her and she had friends and they were good too. It just felt very flip floppy

I also don't like how ishimori just found out about kai job and they dont care she just found out like she cant find out a minute to a day ago, it seems like they will push you away real quick for not tellling other people.

I think if they added that backstory in there and maybe show us dad's inner thoughts, maybe it would've gelled more for you but I didn't necessarily mind it since you don't want to drag the storyline on too long. Lol yeah the bullies showing up to the house was wild 🤣 though.
