Hey, so I am not Korean. But based on my knowledge from kdramas, 80s in korea was very turbulent and college students were protesting against the dictatorship. And maybe that's why tutoring by a college student was illegal. ( I am not sure). A lot of things were illegal in that time period. Plus what they are showing in the beginning of this episode is also historically accurate. Korean government did try to clean up the country before olympics, and it was worse than what is shown in this episode. Anyway, great drama and great reaction. Waiting for the next ones...
