For OU-R (if you played version .14 or lower) you'll remember the images on the side where it showed the changes in battle (breasts for physical change, faces for mental changes).

It's possible, yes. But what I don'tlike about naked is that it's really hard to tell whether it's a new image or not. Clothed (3 clothes) gives you more marked stages of tf
