Alright I have this theory ever since this chapter came out 1.5+ years ago, and since the release I am sure this has been brought up. Now lets think about the what if's, "What if oda possibly hinted at the water rising?" So the water rose by 1 meter (3 feet 3inches and some remainder) all over the world. Lets take a moment and recap on some past episodes or events. Water 7 Aqua lagoona biggest one they have ever seen, Iceburg started making blueprints to turn water 7 in a huge ship so they can be prepared for even worse Aqua Lagoona, and that was 2 years and x amount of months from current timeline, I am sure iceburg is glad he started working on those blueprints who knows we may even see water 7 floating like a ship I mean its possible remember thriller bark? Now, lets talk about long ring long land arc, to keep this short we find animals to be long and tall, we find trees really high up, we also meet a man on stilts really high up. Could this be preemptive for inevitable water rising? IDK trying to move stilts in water that long seems impratical. My favorite one is Crocus, why did he make himself a home and what not inside laboon so he could utilitze laboon as a submarine if his lighthouse gets submerged? Its interesting to think about, also as a joke the all blue is at the top of reverse mountain when all the blue's oceans meet at the top.

2025-04-06 19:21:48 +0000 UTCas someone both reads the manga and watches the anime it has gotten pretty crazy how much Zoro added glazing and how much Sanji hate the Toei adaptation does. Removing characters to make Zoro look like he did more things solo during Onigashima and th S-Hawk fight. Removing Sanji from group panel shots in the anime and giving him heart eyes when Oda specifically never gives Sanji heart eyes for Bonney. Really feels like only Manga readers have ever seen the real Sanji post time skip. Hopefully WIT Piece fixes that if it is allowed to get that far into the series.

I theorized as much when Lulusia got the kill-sat treatment episodes ago, and that permanent hole seems to look similar to Enies Lobby IMO. Oda cooked? Also new Franky VA is L moment, should have gotten someone like Kizaru's 2nd VA, who practically sounds almost identical unless you know the VAs changed since the OG died years back

Also source of this is SBS Volume 67/chapter 665 page 182

2025-04-06 04:05:06 +0000 UTCWow they are generally correct, in the manga after a pacifista fires one to hit Mad Monk, x-drake comments that it was Kizaru's Lazer and thinks about how Vegapunk recreated Kizaru's attack on top of giving it Kuma's body and that he is surprised at the pace of their advancement. Thanks for hint to look at their fight. It makes even more sense now that we know how Drake is a Sword spy and not a true defector.
