Refer: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/quux So basically the title is G-kwax (G obviously standing for Gundam), and the u spam is basically a stylistic choice AFAIK (albeit it can be used that way given that the term itself is a metasyntactic variable in the first place, if you want to just spam the same variable name for multiples, just keep adding Us I guess) Bro why would it be dangerous, they clearly have gravity generators (the sides clearly aren't spinning, so it can't be non-generator gravity, for obvious reasons) there, so how do you reckon air would escape from the gravity field, hmm? I mean considering it's called the Omega Psycommu, it's mind-controlled, so it's not like your physical movement matters (hence presumably why it dropped down different arm rests to the default ones used w/ unactivated MS)

Politics TLDR; The Earth Federation is ("was" in this timeline) the world government. Zeon declared Independence and attacked Earth out of nowhere. That triggered the "One Year War" which is the original Gundam. This takes place ~5 years later in an alternate timeline where Zeon won that conflict. Terms; MAV (Mobile Assault Vanguard) - A system created by Chalia (The green ship guy) and Captain Char. Incredibly effective Tactical doctrine. Kind of a buddy system for pilots. Psycommu - Psycho Communication System. Reads the waves emitted by Newtypes to control machines NewType - Basically a slightly evolved human. Kind of like Jedi without the making things float part. Significantly heightened senses and instinct. Often can sense each other. Spacenoid - Person born in Space Characters during the "Lore Drop"; Captain Char / The Red Comet - One of the Main antagonists from OG Gundam. God Tier Pilot. I really recommend you to at least watch the first movie before watching episode 2 because it really changes the whole experience.(Just watch it, even if you not gonna film a reaction of it) The Mobile Suit Gundam movie trilogy consists of Mobile Suit Gundam I, Mobile Suit Gundam II: Soldiers of Sorrow, and Mobile Suit Gundam III: Encounters in Space. The movie trilogy basically sums up the whole first gundam TV series and you will find out all the characters they mentioned in the episode like Char and the queen etc. Otherwise you will just get SUPER confused as the series progress as more and more names are going to pop out.

There will be references to characters and themes but really the themes are the same in every gundam even the AUs so I would just treat it as a new series, you should get enough context in the flashback eps
