In Fate setting, Aztec gods aren't same as other pantheons. They are basically ay LMAO parasitic lifeforms that crashlanded to Earth tens of millions of years ago, which is why they have such a dino/reptilian visual theme, because they literally had no other hosts to hijack back in the day. So the Quetzalcoatl you see here is basically "her" most recent meatpuppet so to speak.
