The Sturm & Drang Bros’ ability is effectively just “copied homework but changed it a little.” They have Glide&Slide (and can use their ability with less than 3 points of contact), while Koichi has Slide&Glide (and /requires/ 3 points of contact for stability). . Could be they’re distant relatives of his to wind up with a Quirk so close, but none of them know to note it? . Also, yes, some bats have been recorded as able to ‘walk/crawl’ surprisingly fast despite generally keeping airborne. Not across the board, but, notable.
