The title didn't spoil shit, they literally just said on the train (the bald dude) that since Bull used to work under Supreme Commander Gihren, he has potentially been ordered to clap Kycilia since she's arriving to the space station soon... and shortly afterwards they drop the title, after it's already been stated in-universe in dialogue. Kycilia & Gihren are the only 2 surviving scions of the former leader of Principality of Zeon (Degwin Sodo Zabi. I think the ship Sodon might be named in honor of him, but it could also be entirely unrelated of course), and whichever of the siblings survives becomes the de facto ruler of the known space since the Federation lost the war in this timeline. This of course assumes Char doesn't make a theoretical comeback at some point via some tech/pseudo-science BS (if we are to assume that he got uploaded to the Red Gundam when the Zeknova that ended the war happened), because he'd be a huge chaotic 3rd wheel etc (it's been mentioned that this is the main reason why Gihren & Kycilia haven't actually yet tried to do any serious shit to eliminate the other, because they are too afraid of Char suddenly coming back & assblasting them from the flank if they try to go full on boogaloo in a bid to eliminate the other. As you might know from the OG Gundam, Char is basically more or less their equal on the ideology hierarchy scaling, as the son of the founder of the Newtype ideology & the one after whom the former Side 3 is renamed the Principality of Zeon shortly after his death by the patriarch of the Zabi Family who succeeds him as his closest advisor of many years/decades)
