Cinderella-ish… if it’s not my favorite episode of the series, at least for me it’s the most memorable. The play was so horribly miscast, but instead of going back and fixing the miscasting they went and rewrote the entire script, leaning even further into the miscastings… and ended up with comedy gold.

2025-05-20 14:55:37 +0000 UTCAkito is often referred to as a young man by others. The zodiac tends to use they/them pronouns for her, so the writer wanted to make her look like a man. When I first watched, I thought she was a women for most of the first season, lol! I don't remember at what episode they call her a young man, but that was my WHAT moment. She's such an awful person, at this point I couldn't care less about her. I don't know how someone, god or not, get's away with causing so much pain and trauma to so many people. It's nuts.

2025-05-14 00:19:57 +0000 UTCThere was a joke in a previous episode that Saki made when she first saw Shisou that he is good looking and she may become Kyo’s stepmom. Now they keep rolling with that joke. When she met him she was being extra nice to Kyo in order to ‘win points’ with his dad :))

People often mistakes it for typical romance series not based on the first sesong. Everything is soo thought out to the detail, many many small ques is missed out on. You did mention Akito as a Girl based on thieir voice actor before we did meet akito. Do you belive you can hate/dislike anyone in the series more then Aktio? I mean from what we have seen Akito hasn't killed anyone. Can't wait for your reaction to S3.
