POA: When the 5 friends are making jokes at each other, please don’t take it serious. There’s really nothing there lol especially the “villain” joke

- The 13-year-old patient had AVM in her brain which is malformed blood vessels, and it ruptured causing bleed. The bleeding can pressure the brain damaging it, or it can compress other blood vessels causing a stroke. Here it was damaging her brain causing her to go unconscious. - The AVM can rupture at any moment and not necessarily have a direct cause. High blood pressure or any increased pressure in the head can increase the chance of it happening. - Surgery is usually done to remove the fucked up blood vessels and stop the bleed. But sometimes it can be found before it even ruptures (if doing a brain scan for something else). Surgery is usually recommended because it's safer to do now than after a bleed because you never know how much time you have after the bleed before it starts causing permanent damage. Imagine your brain as an empty plastic bottle. Sometimes after you squeeze/pressure it, it slowly goes back to its original shape. But sometimes, it stays deformed, and the damage done is permanent. That's why Song Hwa couldn't know if the girl will wake up or not even though the bleeding was stopped and the AVM removed successfully.

I know you think Yoonbok(the medical student) likes IkJun because YoonBok called him 'Dr. romantic'. There are two explanations for that. 1. There was actually a drama called 'Dr. Romantic' that aired in 2016. It was also a medical drama, very popular because the main character was eccentric and had a quirky personality, but he didn't give in to power and practiced his beliefs. 2. You couldn't help but misunderstand because of the translation🥹. It's a misunderstanding that arose because the Korean word '낭만' was translated as 'romantic'. In fact, the word '낭만' is defined in the dictionary as an attitude of not being bound by reality, being sentimental, and treating things ideally. It's hard to explain, but it's more like valuing morality and happiness over efficiency, and valuing people over personal gain. It's hard to see it as a word related to romance or love. It's a word used a lot, but since there's no English word to replace it with, I thought you'd still be confused in the future, so I wanted to explain it, even though it's not enough🥹🫡 I enjoy watching dramas more these days thanks to your reactions. Thank you always : ) And if there's anything rude in my comment, please forgive me, as it's because my poor English🥹.
