• The word for “cilantro” in Korean is “gosu,” which sounds exactly like the Korean word for “master” or “expert.”
So when Ik-sun said she was going to a Gosu gathering, Jun-wan panicked, thinking it was some kind of martial arts masters’ meeting. 😂
Turns out, it was just a group of people who really love eating cilantro.
• The CS(Cardiothoracic Surgery) chief is Jun-wan(who previously applied for the position to protect Do Jae-hak), while Professor Cheon Myeong-tae(the villain) is in charge of CS (Customer Service), likely to hide patient complaints about himself by deleting them.
• When Do Jae-hak said, “If the patient dies because we didn’t do an enema, I’ll be fired,” he was exaggerating a bit to persuade the patient. In reality, there might be some disciplinary action, but the hospital can’t force treatment against the patient’s will.
• So… you mentioned “Making Hospital PLAYLIST”…
Let’s just say... you’ll understand everything after finishing Season 1 & 2 🔥🔥🔥
• And YES, the lawyer of Seok-hyung’s mom is actually a cameo from Prison Playbook!
I am seriously impressed that you noticed his role just from the words “prison guard”! 👏 His role was the Prison Guard in there actually!(His girlfriend thing was fictionalized for this drama)😂

Yes, the couple at minute 19 are the couple who had miscarriages before. We have seen them multiple times already. Every visit they fix an issue only for a new one to arise. Also they are a nice indication for passage of time in the series.
