Year 36: Firm Man's statue is built in front of the Commission Building in honor of every hero. Queen is defeated by "X" during the 18th tournament and disappeared from the public. "X" becomes X in the 18th Tournament. Mr. Shand's son, Shang Chao, was murdered over a scheme for E-Soul from Rock. The OG E-Soul perished, and Yang Cheng/E-Soul becomes No.9 hero through merging their Trust Value. Lucky Cyan's heartfelt speech during her concert causes doubts and speculations about her and the tragic plane crash, which eventually leads to a Fear outbreak around the orphanage. Cyan dismantles the outbreak and saves Luò after retrieving the flight recording. Year 38: Queen makes her comeback in public, yet she is unable to join the 19th Tournament after defeating Fear-induced Bowa and collapsed under heavy injuries. "X" remains as X in the 19th Tournament. Research Project 0 on Fear begins secretly within Area Zero of the Glimmer Lab. Year 39: OG Nice forms a fake relationship with Moon under the Treeman contract. FOMO ends partnership with DJ Shindig. Loli/Luo Li operates as a vigilante hero in her DIY mech suit and keeps Nuonuo away from Ghostblade's stalking. Loli joins on the surface area of the Glimmer Lab with her father Professor Luō's application. DJ Shindig breaks into the Glimmer Lab under the order of the amber-masked man from the Spotlight Organization. Rock, Micky, Zac and Shand join the Commission meeting on the Fear research project. Loli stops DJ Shindig while accidentally dropping him to be infected by Fear. Professor Luò announces his discovery of an isolating material against both Trust and Fear from the previously crashed alien spaceship. DJ Shindig escapes from the lab and asks for help from the amber-masked man. Ghostblade and The Johnnies are appointed to investigate the spaceship wreckage with Professor Luò's team. The Fear-induced DJ Shindig has been deployed to the spaceship wreckage by the Spotlight Organization. Ghostblade dismantles DJ Shindig's psychological attack. Little Johnny goes missing and Big Johnny goes berserk. Queen recovered from her previous injuries, and she witnesses the rampaging Big Johnny during her vacation with Lucky Cyan. Year 41: Lin Ling becomes Nice after OG Nice's suicide, and he ends the faking contract with Moon after defeating Wreck. Lin Ling becomes No.10 hero after mediating Fire Man's nemesis, Wolf Girl, and Firm Man's statue is destroyed. Later Lin Ling gives up the Nice identity to confront God Eye, and then he regains the Trust Value from Nice's fans and defeats God Eye. Lin Ling becomes the Commoner afterward, but Moon is killed by E-Soul after making their reunion.

Sheng became Ghostblade's 175th assassination target, and Ghostblade witnesses Big Johnny on site. Vortex arrives and wants to seize the rampaging Big Johnny. Year 23: A plane has crashed without any of the heroes' rescues. Cyan is found on the plane crash site and sent to the orphanage by Reporter Liu. Liu hears about the connection between the plane crash and the struggle between Hero Vortex and Hero "Conflict"(no official name yet) from a Fear advocator, and the Glimmer Lab is mentioned as well. Ghostblade and Zhang Lan get separated over disagreement between her family and his hero persona. Year 24: DJ Shindig becomes X in the 12th Tournament. Year 28: Cyan is regarded as the maiden of a new luck-based religion in the orphanage. Luò/Calamity is transferred to the orphanage too. The cheating scandal breaks out for the contemporary X duo, Mr. Matchstick and Ms. Blazing Fire, and this leads to more instability in gender equality. Queen/Liu Yuwei makes her speech about changing the world and aiming to be Hero X, and this leads to boosting Bowa's Trust and the images of female heroes in general under DOS's operations. Year 32: Bowa defeats Smile(Extro) and becomes X in the 16th tournament. Queen enters the Top 10 Hero rankings. Year 34: Cyan escapes the orphanage and joins DOS, while Luò is left injured in the orphanage in order to cover for Cyan from the orphanage Dean. Firm Man(Mr.Stand) rescues Wolf Girl, and Shand is taking the opportunity to leave MG and form Treeman. Rock leaves FOMO and joins MG. Zac remains in FOMO and Micky stays in DOS.
