For me it’s similar to you, to get to 200g of protein I do 3-4 large eggs for breakfast, a protein shake (I prefer Gold Standard Whey Protein or Fairlife protein shakes) then a yogurt bowl as a snack, for lunch it’s basically a chicken breast everyday and sometimes steak for something different and as a treat. Then in between lunch and dinner a protein bar/cookie/chips or beef jerky just anything with decent protein and not too many calories. And for dinner a salad with protein toppings.
That’s my default but I change things around or eat different things, except the chicken most of the time it’s not the exact same thing everyday.

Responding to your comment at 10:10 --as someone who flip-flops with weight a lot, she's cutting down on meat because of how high the calories are - not the protein factor. And in Japan, meat is much more expensive than North american prices, so it saves money too.
But if you're looking for high protein diet, you don't need to rely solely on meat which has a ton of calories and cholesterol. You should use dairy like yogurt (especially probiotic or greek ones) and stuff like Cottage cheese and as well as beans/nuts/seeds. Those are all way better for your body if you want a high protein mixture of foods :D
