Na Young-seok PD is actually someone that every Korean knows. Most of the shows he created were massive hits in Korea and, like K-dramas, have a strong international fanbase as well. He’s especially known for his great chemistry with K-pop idols, to the point where almost every famous K-pop star has appeared on at least one of his shows. Many of his show formats have even been exported to other countries. Fun fact: Shin Won-ho PD, the creator of Hospital Playlist, originally used to produce variety shows just like Na PD, and they actually joined KBS in the same year(they're friends). That’s why Na PD did a special cameo in the drama. Also, the show that Dr. Yang Seok-hyeong always watches and laughs at on his phone is one of Na PD’s shows(New Journey to the West). In the drama, he was introduced as “Jang Young-seok” because, from Season 1, his twin daughters were jokingly named “Jang-mane"(U-Ju's girlfriend) and “Jang-mone“.
