In case it wasn't explained elsewhere, the Dream Trophy League is basically where all the Umas "retire" from the twinkle series to. The Twinkle Series is based on the real life races, and the Dream Cup Circuit is the Umaverse's explanation for why the older Umas aren't racing in the classic races anymore. It's like an all-star league for the older characters, and somewhere they can be conveniently racing off-screen once their IRL career stories are over.
