The 4th episode was when they beat Turbo Granny and managed to cure Okarun of the curse, so that he was able to go back to school on his own again. (Episode 1 was aliens+turbo granny, episode 2 was sumo alien, episode 3 was Granny Seiko, episode 4 was the fight against turbo granny)
