Human/Vampire hybrids have existed in folklore for centuries. The mangaka chose to make Nazuna a hybrid Dhmpire. Which further plays into the story. . . . . . . . . . . . . Ko becomes a human/vampire hybrid instead of a true vampire. Nazuna cannot make vampires like other vampires can. Her offspring are only hybrids with varying vampire abilities

I mean i read it ages ago, probably stopped at 130-ish cuz that was the latest chapters... i watched this reaction around 23:30 near midnight. I ended up binging the manga from the end of this episode to chapter 200..... it wss fricken 03:30 in the morning...... i both love and hate myself for it.

She's telling partial truths about her intentions and motivations, but if you consider the last scene, which has absolutely nothing to do with revealing any kind of truth to the world like she was going on about, she was just looking for a way out of her inability to cope with her past and present situations to convince both herself and others. She acknowledges her "plan" is pretty nonsense and isn't even logical, and though she talks about footage and having cameras, none of that is ever evident the way any of this was portrayed. I don't think she was lying about her feelings towards vampires or even that she might've intended some of this, but I don't think it was her primary determination
