Project / Personal Blog [November Week 1]

Heyyyy,

So here's what's going on right now and what I plan to be uploading next:

Jurassic Park / World video: As you see from the time stamp I'm about 3 minutes in to the discussion on Jurassic World, it would be more but I've been putting in the time to re-write some of my script and make my points clearer. I'm very much enjoying this part of the project because things are getting a little silly story-wise.

S10/S11 TWD Extended video: I'm writing up some extra notes now that people have given their thoughts on this final instalment (aside from the large video of course) This will likely come after the Jurassic video though as I really want to get this thing finished, hopefully those of you in the upper tiers don't mind waiting?

Sons of Anarchy: I'm watching it twice through, once with my wife and again during my lunch breaks to record the episode. So far the series is really enjoyable, not the best thing ever but it's certainly great in parts. I've finished writing up the intro but I'm likely going to alter it after watching more of the series.

Personal notes: I took my son on his first trick-or-treating evening, that was super fun and I actually put a lot of effort into Halloween decorations this year, I've never been good at celebrating stuff / enjoying national traditions due to clinical depression but after therapy and and the improvement of my work/life balance I'm learning to enjoy things more.

I watched the first (John Carpenter) Halloween movie for the first time properly, that was a great experience! some of it comes across a bit cheesy but I think that's just it being a product of it's time, otherwise it was perfect.

I also watched South Park's 'Into the Panderverse' as everyone was raving about it. Honestly, I felt it was kind of mid. I give them credit for having the balls to call out Kathleen Kennedy while at the same time presenting the idea that she's not some evil witch, just a person who felt obligated to make certain choices. The episode overall however felt like standard new age South Park; the jokes weren't that funny.
