2024-12-06 07:25:03 +0000 UTCSo my read on that scene with Wesley and I thought it was clear from her acting. She was trying to be tough on him because she knows for certain that Angel will kill him on site at this point. She he didn't want him to think for a second that he wouldn't. She sort of struggled being tough and blunt, and then her last line about it all being for nothing was genuine frustration at the situation.
