Added 2016-10-19 04:31:34 +0000 UTCI might of gone over budget on this one...Throw in a background on it and even made it more then just a blank room. Made it as if they are doing it in a pool.
Why the heels yo may ask? Well the commissioner has a thing for heels..plus it wasn't intended to be a pool scene.
