The narrator/wife could introduce the listener/husband to the gym, and to her trainer, and then show the listener/husband all the very professional techniques and training that the trainer does with her.

The recording could be the voice of the head cheerleader talking to the listener, as though the listener was the boy who found himself int he girls' locker room. The narrator/cheerleader would tease the boy/listerner, make him strip of she'd call for the coach to come in, make him dress up in the cheerleader's clothes. Then she could call the coach (or coaches) in, anyway, and make the boy/listener perform.
