These are pretty complicated to give a well-polished end look to them. But, I did these in like 5-10 minutes each today excluding render time. Most of the issues came with posing as the original model had been spun sideways which took a lot of fiddling manually to repose the other assets.
The lighting, as well as the skin texture used, are too high quality for any intensive editing which turns out as blurry patches or greater contrast/grainy joints. Maybe, if I use the base textures or the less realistic textures then it'll be easier to edit them. That's for next time.
The first dick nipples render was not posed correctly and came out with edges poking through the tits but, I'm keeping this here to show the challenges of my methods and my limitations. Also, eyebrows accidentally deleted those... :(
