Also, Ang, that fear of growing into your body is so relatable to me. I was the same way as a teenager/young adult (and I still am that way). It's such a real thing. The fear of being looked at or perceived as a woman is a scary thing. I always tried to draw the absolute least amount of attention to myself, or would simply be rude and unattractive on purpose. This world is just a horrorscape for women growing up, and I felt that at a deep level.
