L. Lucia Patreon Update (08/15)

Hey, everyone--

Just two quick things to share with you today:

1. The poll results are in! From now until around September 15th, I'll focus more on "The Road Trip" on here. And, in terms of website stories, I'll be doing somewhat of a split. "The Prefect" received the most votes again, which means it will continue to have more new parts posted over the coming weeks. However, "The Faire" was the only other story voted on, from 1/3 of our second tier patrons. Because of that, I'll also be writing more of that one than usual this month.

2. Starting next week, on August 22nd, my Patreon posting schedule will change. Rather than posting on T/Th/S, I'll only be uploading new parts on Tuesday and Saturday. I'm borrowing the model from another writer I follow. The most important thing to know is that this does NOT mean I will be scaling back my writing. My word count minimum will remain the same each week; maybe even be a little higher. Based on some feedback from a number of readers, I'm hoping this will allow me to give longer and more satisfying parts to each story, instead of slowly chipping away at things with the shorter sections I've been posting up until now.

Thursdays will now be reserved for anyone who joins at the third tier and compels one of the Patreon stories to be advanced ahead of schedule.
