Mutant/arthro all the way, a mix of feathers and scales with feathery hair, and boobs. Would say she trys her hardest to be good.
So our sequence so far:
April O'Neil (taking inspiration from the 90s cartoon/video game design) takes a serum and becomes a mutant Raptor (see above!)
Finally: our scenario has some room to be fleshed out a bit :)
She takes a serum herself, but... Elaborate on the inciting scenario for me!
Does it do what she thinks it did? What was she expecting?
Was she trying to turn into a mutant raptor? (or a mutant in general) if so why? Was this for a news story? To join her turtle friends on the more exciting action? How does she react to the changes?

I'm not looking for a novel or a page by page breakdown but give me a general scenario. I reserve final rights to make tweaks if it is TOO specific, but have fun!
