It looks like most people are satisfied with how she looks. Obviously it's going to be impossible to make a dream girl that everybody likes everything about. Instead of trying to make girls that are perfect for everybody, I think the best approach is just to offer players a lot of female characters to interact with over the course of the story. So the main thing to me is to make sure that most people like her enough. Still feel free to continue the discussion about her looks in general. If enough people speak up about a particular aspect of her design I will make some more tweaks.
Now, what breast size would you like her to have? I'm not sure what people are interested in at this point so I can only assume you're all a fan of huge tits. If am overwhelming majority picks the smallest option I might do a follow up with a smaller size since even option 1 is quite large. But I'm guessing that might not happen ;)

I like big luscious lips as much as the next fellow but the mouth looks a bit too... wide. not like the tits on size 3. Those look absolutely natural and normal IMHO =)

Size 2 looks also nice but I am all in with 3 =) I mean... the huge tits on Tiffany on the banner poster are the reason I am here in the first place^^ Probably like most of the other guys^^
