No it's the witch mission, when you start talking about removing dreams you can talk to her, some towns foks will also say that you should seek her if you have porblem with things :)

2017-08-03 14:10:13 +0000 UTCYep at Jerks house after Tanya moves in after the first dream you are stuck on the bed. Also I can't seem to find any Goblins at the cove, I guess that is Sarah's mission for you? Also no Inn keeper dreams at all. Do we have to interact with him in some way?
