Every day, we see negative news such as natural disasters, riots, and conflicts all over the world, but I pray that everyone is safe ๐๐.
Well, this time, it's a video I took in the summer of 2023 ๐ป. I recorded my stomach sounds when I fasted for 5 days, eating only fruit ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ซ.
I didn't do a detox (ume-nagashi) at the end, so you can't hear many interesting stomach sounds ๐โโ๏ธ. However, since I was the thinnest I've ever been, my belly button wasn't crushed by the flesh, which was cute, so I'm sharing it with you all ๐๐๐.
I sometimes get requests to post videos of my fasting, but my chest would get even flatter, and I'm now concentrating on improving my gastrointestinal function and creating blood, so I haven't been able to do it even once this year ๐โโ๏ธ. I'm thinking of detoxing my body once after the New Year โจ.
