"Ino-shika-cho" is a play from the Japanese card game Hanafuda, "Ino" means boar (that's why in the first episodes Sakura teases Ino by making pig references). "Shika" means "deer" that's why the deer references (e.g. Tsunade asked Shiamaru's father if he was taking care of the deer). Finally, "Cho" means Butterfly and that's why the butterfly references, Chouji having wings and saving the butterfly in the flashback.
