The voice acting in One Piece is some of the best in Anime especially when it comes to straight raw emotions. As for the females being strong. I can definitely say without a doubt OP females are some of the most bad ass and strongest you will meet in anime especially Shonen.

2025-08-28 11:38:19 +0000 UTCOne piece has a lot of strong female character, some we have seen are miss Sunday, tagashi ( smokers vice captain), alvida (the pirate who kidnapped Coby then partnered with buggy to find Luffy), the spike spike lady that Nami is fighting, Doctorine (choppers sensei)
