Fala is immune to the forces of gravity. In fact her actual weight is unknown. She just floats. Her Air element allows her to manipulate the very atmosphere around her, down to the molecular level. The air around her is the cleanest in the universe and she can manipulate it in very unique ways, from making air based weapons to turning the air toxic as a last resort.
She mainly manipulates the air to move around. If you see her standing on the floor, she's just making the air push her down. She can't even move herself forward without external help like another person or the air.
