Mermaid Maker
Added 2019-11-12 15:53:09 +0000 UTCI ran across a cartoon image on a defunct crowd funding site. It was for a "Tales from the Crypt" style video series. One of the sequences was of a mad scientist who was capturing lone beach girls and turning them into mermaids. This is my take on the mermaid maker lab
