Haunted House Job Page 1

She applied for the job as a cyborg conversion ... did I mention the theme of the Haunted House?  Everything was half live - half robot.  Strange steel jawed dogs, metallic spiders, you name it.  All arranged to be scary and shocking, of course.  Though the run of the house was four days, Aleisha was only offered the position for a single day.  They wanted a different girl for each day so they could attract repeat visitors.  Aleisha didn't argue, of course, acting jobs were scarce and this one paid well.

She arrived early (for her anyway), four hours ahead of the opening.  She donned the strange rubber suit and gloves and reported to makeup.  Oddly, about half an hour into her session and despite that she'd only awakened a few hours before, she fell asleep.  When she awoke some time later, she was being transferred to her position in the haunted house by a pair of amazingly made up girls who looked exactly the same and looked like robots!  She couldn't see how they could even fit into the costumes.  Maybe they were remote controlling them, Aleisha shrugged and decided they must be part of the show.  They weren't very talkative though.  Neither said a single word the entire time they were transporting her, in her red metallic cube to her station.  She'd been encased in some kind of cube to make it look like she was merely placed on a cube.  She could still feel her legs, though, so they'd obviously not really converted her.

They left her in a viewing area, facing the window that was clearly where the visitors would stream past.  Another of the strange robot girls (or maybe the same one ... they all looked the same so it was impossible to tell) was busily arranging parts near a motorcycle.  Aleisha decided that she was supposed to play the part of a girl being made into a cyborg motorcycle.  They'd not given her any idea as to how she was to play it so she decided to improvise - Damsel in distress, being converted against her will.
