The Rise of Madame Medusa

Basic idea is simple: aliens rescue a woman attacked by a gang and recreate her into a member of a global judiciary. She gets back at the local gangs using the new technology the aliens have built into her body.
Not much yet but with luck I'll even have a rough version in a week or two.
