Patreon's Discord Bot

I just found out that Patreon's Discord bot is messing up a little bit. So, I may need to recreate the roles and/or disconnect/reconnect Discord from my Patreon to try and clean things up. Hopefully, this won't spam everyone with notifications, but just in case it does, I wanted to give everyone a heads up should things go weird sometime this week.
