I'm so glad you loved Queen Charlotte! It's such an amazing show and I enjoyed watching it so so much!! 🩶

I do not watch much tv show but when I love a show I love it a lot like Queen Charlotte. I watched the beginning of Bridgeton and 16 mins into the show I stopped it cos I was like having a deja vu ie I read a lot of 18 century romance novels which includes Jane Austen's stuff which is mostly Bridgeton story only with coloured people (I'm black). My niece first made me watch it but by the 16th mins I was telling her how young and non reader she was because if she read or even watched any BBC show adaptations like northanger abby or mansfield park (quite boring), persuasion (nice), emma and pride and prejudice( really nice). She didn't even read Elizabeth Gaskell's Wives and Daughters or North and South.

right right right, gotta love him in Hamilton!! I love the different depictions of this man! I can't wait to see where this goes!

Yooo! I loved this show so much! It absolutely broke me- unfortunately I don't have any book to screen facts for this show, HOWEVER I do have a few cast interviews I found funny if you're interested! As for what's going on with George- it's actually something that happened to him in real life. King George III was known for, well I wont spoil what, but, if you're familiar with history, you can puzzle it out. Fun fact, this is not the only portrayal of King George III in modern media. In fact, he's quite a popular person to portray. This is the same King George, who appeared in Hamilton. Also, sorrows, sorrows, prayers.
