WOOHOO 🎉 I contacted both apple and Best Buy- but no one can help me because I don’t have an external keyboard. We love that. I have an appointment tomorrow night, so hopefully they can fix the issue. However, this means I’m not going to be able to upload a video tonight because I can’t get into my laptop now or edit anything. I’m seconds away from crying but it’s fine. EVERYTHINGS FINE. 🤣 I’m sorry 😞
