SKAM 2x2 REACTION; the lies are being exposed!

I can already tell that this season is going to cause me severe stress and anxiety. the way my jaw dropped when Noora pulled up that picture of Eva and Eskild having a birthday party ๐Ÿ’€ there is literally no way we are getting away with that lie. I really feel like Noora is interested in getting to know William, but I think she's trying to fight that a lot and be a good friend to Vilde by ignoring the potential feelings she might have. I'm so curious about what was going on that made their date get cut short and overall, to see if she ends up telling Eva she went on a date with William ๐Ÿค” this tea is about to be piping hot, I can feel it in my bones and I'm scared...

SKAM 2x2 REACTION; the lies are being exposed!

As shitty as what William said to Vilde was (and it was!), I don't actually think he used her, as such. She was pretty upfront about wanting to use him to get her first time out of the way and also to get to party with his bus crew, and he always seemed pretty upfront about just wanting to hook up with her. I like that this show portrays that teenage girls can also just want to hook up and nothing more. But then when they did have sex, like Vilde explains later on in the season, she became obsessed with him and started liking him, but he didn't encourage that โ€“ until he started trying to get to Noora through Vilde, that is. The phone call to Vilde to get to Noora during the pre-party is the one Wiliam thing I really hate. His comment about her not being pretty enough absolutely sucks and is an asshole move, but it feels more realistic, in that he was probably frustrated with her obsession with him and she confronted him in front of his friends out of nowhere and he handled it extremely poorly. But the phone call makes no sense to me, it feels malicious in a weird way I don't think it is intended. But I try to just chalk it up to teenagers sometimes being shitty, I guess, haha.

ooooh I really love how natural everything seems when they are speaking with each other so this makes a lot of sense!! I haven't gotten to see episode 4 yet but I'm sure I will be appreciating this information a ton!! ๐Ÿฉถ

One thing I love about Skam is how authentic the dialogue is. It doesn't feel like a scripted conversation, but rather an actual conversation between real people. I think the main reason for that is that quite a lot of it is improvised. In the bloopers you can see how Julie (the director and creator of the show) only gives them the basis of what the scene is about and the actors get to have a lot of creative freedom with how they deliver it. There are also some conversations here and there that are fully improvised by the actors. I think it's really cool and something that isn't very common, especially in current tv shows. When actors are made to follow the script word for word and aren't allowed any freedom it can easily start feeling forced and unnatural, but Skam never has that issue. They're also not afraid to have silent moments in between talking, which makes the conversation seem even more genuine. Btw you might have already seen episode 4 of this season by the time you're reading this, but in case you haven't I want to mention something since a lot of reactors get confused when they watch it. Episode 4 of season 2 is an Easter special, and apparently in Norway it's a tradition during Easter to go to cabins and tell scary stories. I'm not Norwegian so I don't really know much else about it, but I've heard that that's why that episode has that horror movie type of feeling to it ๐Ÿ˜„
