I was so shook up by that but sana really does just stay winning. the confidence she is able to just summon when in the presence of others is incredible. I loved that scene with the carrot peeling, it was so cute 🥹 also the scene of her and her mom talking in bed - it was melting my heart. I'm really worried about how everything is going to go now with this huge bus, if her parents are going to be angry when they find out and how she is going to navigate like Yousef now that she knows he isn't Muslim. we're in for a ride! 🩶

The kitchen scene is SO CUTE. This season is great at making the viewer all giddy with the most innocent things between Sana and Yousef, and never fully doing what you would expect in most shows. I love it. I also love that we get more of the Noora and Sana friendship here, with Noora also stressing about Sana's parents.

2024-08-22 02:13:19 +0000 UTCyousef and sana's flirting in the kitchen always gives me butterflies. it's so cute... makes me miss that feeling of having a crush. i love sana and her mom's relationship in that scene. it's very heartwarming and we rarely get to see the characters interact with their parents, especially in this way! so we basically get the confirmation this ep that Even used to be apart of the balloon squad. he mentions in s3 ep 1 that he used to go to Bakka before transferring, which is the school that the balloon squad went to. the boys have graduated (sana tells Even elias is taking a gap year) but Even is still in his third year because he failed and has to retake it as we already know.
