Here it is! Sorry for the delay. So this is going to be shorter than the average update, obviously. Think of it more as an Echo-length update, rather than your average Adastra update. What I'm going to do is combine it with Build 9 and release it as one for the public. Despite the name, it won't affect the size or content of Build 10. I hope it's enough content for a download, but if you'd rather wait for the next build so that you get a heftier chunk of story, that's a great plan too!

I have a baaaaaaad feeling about telling Cass about our whereabouts. Since Cato apparently pulls the strings I sense alot of trouble.

2019-09-05 11:03:41 +0000 UTCAmicus stated on the shuttle that there are only eight parents left in the galaxy, presumably one representative from each parent race. Whenever anyone was talking about the parent of the wolves specifically, it was always singular. The rest of the romanus probably moved on to other galaxies, judging from the information that we have available at the moment. I highly doubt the other parents are dragons as well, except for maybe the parent of the cats as he/she is from the same galaxy as the parent of the wolves.

2019-09-03 17:19:03 +0000 UTCAs much as I want to speculate that something about being human makes it easier for the MC to communicate with the parents, I would say that it is too early to come to any conclusions like that. The parents clearly have an interest in the MC, enough to make him the central part of their plans, but we don't know if the fact that he is human factors into that interest or not, or if humans really do possess some unique qualities that set them apart from the siblings. The MC certainly did seem to have much less of a negative reaction to whatever that drug was than Cassius, anyway, but that could easily be due to Cassius' weaker physical condition, the MC inhaling less in comparison, or some other reason rather than some special human trait. Really looking forward to seeing where this all leads.

2019-09-02 03:12:43 +0000 UTCI loved everything about this update, especially the added depth to Cassius' character that we got from that conversation with him. It is pretty clear that most everything we have seen from him before this point was all bluster. He didn't have to let the MC see Amicus, and he most certainly didn't have to let it be a regular thing, but he did anyway, even though it risks things with Cato. I can't really tell how he feels about the MC, but his concern for his brother is obvious. I bet that he is regretting a lot of things right now. His comment about implementing the "traditional technique" to contact the parents raised some question with me though. Like, why does he need to smoke space DMT when the parents can contact the MC with no problems? Whatever the case may be, this was a fantastic update all-around.

Also, I caught a couple small typos. I emphasize the "keeping the empire safe" part, even if it wasn't originally at the top my priorities. ^ Missing the word "of" It's at that moment that I get a strange wiff of something in the air. ^ I almost missed this one. It should say "whiff"

2019-09-01 23:21:41 +0000 UTCJust a few quick notes; when Neferu says he won't actually send the vid and referencing Cato the C isn't capitalized, down in the dungeons we say Cato again without the capital C, when we leave we talk about visiting again but its spelled visi. That's all I noticed, just check all uses of Cato's name...and it was a cruel cliffhanger LoL
