I really hope that the second one or the fourth one goes into the novel please. And in addition to that Amicus, Marco, Neferu and Scipio will have to work together

I actually think the MC has a more realistic attitude, albeit "rude" or negative. while I personally might be thrilled and ecstatic to be kidnapped by a Latin-speaking Romanesque anthro wolf, this character is plucked from his normal life against his will and treated rather poorly in the beginning. I think it's refreshing that the MC isn't acting like a heckboy and uwu'ing all over the place like some furry characters might :P

The mc reminds me of Joffrey from ​game of thrones.​​ I really hope they change it because it makes it seem like amicus is in abusive relationship imo.

True like He doesnt need to keep throwing in Amicus face that he kidnapped him. I felt bad for him most of the time 😔

Even after that when the mc and Amicus get close. he is still an ass hole. Yes He got abducted but Amicus treated him well. The things Amicus has put up with. The mc could have got himself killed a lot. He has caused Amicus a lot of problems because he is a negative brat.

Tbh I would be pretty negative if I was abducted by aliens and then taken 50,000 light years from my homeworld to play games of political intrigue in Space Rome. I find the MC's early attitude to be rather realistic in that regard. Outside of that, though, the MC and Amicus seem very compatible.

There is some things I can somewhat agree with you but there is a such thing as "Character Development". Almost everyone is stuck in their ways until something happens or what have you that may change their aspect. But besides the fact, in my opinion, its a great enjoyable VN...

Idk if anyone feels the same way but, I feel like the mc could use a personality rework. A lot of times I feel like he is to negative, rude and a hypocrite to the point where Amicus is in a toxic relationship. Sometimes Idk what he sees in the mc. It makes this vn a lot less enjoyable.

I feel like Scipio might appear as a minor character in the later story, rather than as a main character. If you've ever read the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson, this would be like how the Interludes sometimes contain short viewpoint scenes of characters are otherwise only referenced indirectly.

I really, really hope it's the second one......

I see 3 options from the description from the Creators post. First Idea, The MC dies (RIP😩) and Amicus (Emperor) legalizes same-sex relationships. After this, Amicus ends up marrying Neferu (For whatever reason) and they wish to adopt a child and name it Scipio. Second Idea, The MC actually lives and gets married to Amicus. Soon after the marriage they wish to start a family. Long story short, they adopt a child and name it Scipio. (Take the scene to where the MC almost dies and amicus says, “No...Please don’t leave me, don’t let it end like this, stay with me, we’ll grow old together”) Third Idea, as someone stated before (Can’t find their Username), Amicus meets up with his past lover, Scipio. Fourth Idea, Scipio seems eager to meet up with Amicus and Neferu to watch the Alliance take form. Seeming extremely eager, they do not wish screw this opportunity up or else it would upset their mentor and/or mother. Little do they know as soon as they arrive, they find that the MC has died. Awfully distraught, Scipio asks what happened and both Amicus and Neferu explained what happened. Scipio sees the wrong doing and wishes to help revive the MC back to life. Afterwards some action goes down between Amicus, the MC, Neferu, and Scipio themselves, (This event could be bad or good), right before Scipio leaves for Khemia. In addition, when Scipio leaves for Khemia he will be taking Neferu along with him, that is if he still wishes to go home. After those events who know what will happen, only the creator can tell. Which idea do you guys agree with the most? I’m super excited for the next update, can’t wait 😁🤩

Same. The fact that the MC is human is very important to the story, and turning him into a wolf really does nothing but cater to the "you become the furry" fetish. I mean, I wouldn't hate it because I know that Howly would make sure that it makes sense and everything, but I feel that him staying human is the superior outcome.

Sorry, none of that convinces me especially if this is after Amicus takes over (things will undoubtedly change in time), I guess we'll just have to wait and see...someone's gonna right and someone's going to be wrong, not confirmed til it's revealed

Alexios and the MC were very special cases when it comes to pets. Alexios was a sibling, which Amicus said shouldn't even be legal, implying that it is incredibly rare or has never happened before. The MC belongs to an intelligent race outside of the Galaxias that is unknown to every other race, which IS wildly illegal and the reason why the MC had to act like an idiot, because the children of the wolves are stunted intellectually and are incapable of complex thought and language. Hell, Alexios was surprised that the MC could even speak, let alone talk normally. Regarding the obviously Roman names, your african american friend lives in a multicultural society where such things are commonplace. The wolves do not live in a multicultural society. In fact, they are incredibly xenophobic when compared to the other siblings. As stated by Alexios, the only sibling race that even has official diplomatic relations with them are the cats. And as explained earlier, it can't be a Jackal. One, I highly doubt a jackal would give their child a Roman name after the Khemian war, and two, Scipio states that he is meeting with the Emperor and Neferu, and one of them is his leader. Neferu, as the second son of the Pharaoh, is the leader of nothing, which means that the Emperor is the leader, and we are talking about a wolf. Like, just because an idea is "creative" does not mean it is good or that it makes sense in the setting. It takes far less mental gymnastics to think that Scipio is a wolf who was chosen to take part in the negotiations than it does to believe that he is from a species that we have never seen before despite the fact that he has a Roman name, or that he is a child or pet of the wolves despite his clear intelligence.

Also "trust a pet" sounded like Alex was pretty busy on Adastra...pet doesn't automatically mean incapable, wouldn't Amicus trust us like that 😊 And no just a name is never going to convince a thing, hell my African American friend is married to my Korean friend and they named their daughter a Japanese name. It's just a name, and it can be whatever someone wants it to be, like I said what if a wolf adopted a canine...cultural integration would mean the parents name it with Adastra in mind. I'm not convinced, never gonna happen, too much room for creative ideas. Like Kkxhh said it could be a Jackal too, maybe it's not a new species

But we already know what all the other siblings are. The Monitor shows the MC after he accidentally inhales the space DMT. Lions, bears, rams, and tigers to name four of them. The only canines mentioned were the wolves and the jackals. And why wouldn't wolves take part in their own negotiations? Amicus is Emperor, he decides what is gonna happen as far as foreign policy. They are probably going to Khemia as part of a diplomatic envoy so that the leaders of both empires can meet and hammer out the details. The fact that they made new sprites for Amicus shows that he is most likely going to be tagging along. Furthermore, why would wolves entrust sensitive diplomatic negotiations to a pet or child? As I said, their children have stunted intelligence. The fact that their names are Roman is more than enough indication that they are wolves over literally any other species that we know of.

True, I didn't think of that, it never said which was their leader. They could be their leader by being the same species or another just living (working) on their planet...my point being Swearwolf creativity is too free and broad. Personally I can't wait to find out 😁

I remember somewhere in the game mentioned that Pharaoh is neferu's father, so MC is more likely to be a jackal I think

Well for 1 we've only met 3 siblings and know of a few others, saying there's only 2 canine species doesn't work when we haven't met them all. Another point why would a wolf do this, they've been pretty single-minded in their own interests, only Virginia and Amicus have any interest. On that note, they are doing that on Adastra now so why go to Khemia, why not send Amicus if a wolf (Neferu went)? Biggest sell...creativity...so long as that exists I'm NEVER convinced anything is cut and dry. Too much room for creative ideas and imaginings...ever think an Adastran adopted a canine Sibling who was lost, a canine pet running this "errand", these two alone would fit your idea if they were from Adastra

Lol why? What other race would have Roman names? He mentions having to meet with the Emperor and Neferu, and how he doesn't want to look haggard in front of his leader. He isn't talking about Neferu, as he isn't the leader of anyone, so he must be talking about Amicus. He also mentions howling, and not being a pup anymore, narrowing it down to a canine species. There are only two canine species among the siblings, the wolves and the jackals, and it can't be a child race because the wolves don't uplift their children all the way and presumably this takes place right after the first VN so not enough time would have passed to do so. Finally, no other sibling race would or should be party to negotiating an alliance between Khemia and Adastra. All signs point to Scipio being a wolf.

There's a lot going on here; Veteris, traveling, their leader, meeting other figureheads, clearly we are dealing with another sibling species. Probably another Neferu, someone trying to build alliances. Most likely one we haven't seen yet, maybe the choice Amicus has to make is involved. Whatever this is, I'm very interested, as well I can say...hello Adastra pt. 2 😊

If he was a side character and not the new MC then that would be cool. It would be a source of conflict for the MC. Though if he was I feel like we would have gotten a hint of that in the letter.

I wonder if this Scipio is a new MC or a new character in general. Kinda hoping the current MC doesn't stay dead or go away, but regardless I am excited to see this continue.
