Goku if kind of morally gray in the same way that Batman is famous for, where he will beat someone half dead but he wonβt kill them. The only exception to that is when he Killed freiza (technically twice with 1 failed attempt on Namek) in Resurrection F but that was probably only because he actually saw he was going to destroy the earth before whis turned back time.
