I've had Amazon prime for literally forever lol probably just about since it came out. I had always ordered stuff online so for me it was convenient to have prime for 2 day and free shipping originally. Then it added more benefits like Twitch Prime for a free twitch sub every month, and that made me feel it had more use as well which helped me keep the subscription when I stopped ordering online so much, and it also has random free movies / shows. It's pretty legit overall.
