Sure, he's probably far less skilled than Aura at detecting mana suppression, but it shows the talent our little 16yo Fern has. Even if as said in the show she'll probably never catch up to Frieren in mana and technique because of her lifespan, she has incredible natural talent for speed and control (both suppression and stealth).
