2024-05-08 21:30:27 +0000 UTCAs far as we know, 17 and 18 didnt die before becoming cyborgs. They were made much further in time from Tao so more advanced techniques. Also 16 is fully robotic and just has the appearance of Gero's son, he isn't a cyborg unlike Tao and 17 and 18.
